Not that we're partial or anything, but everything about "flips" is different. Revolutionary, in fact. We like saying that because it's true and, well, you only get to say that once...and only if your product really is revolutionary - breakthrough. That said, let's take a look at the design. Flips are cool, comfortable, eye-catching, with clean lines and a solid build...no "cheap plastic" feel like some headphones have. But here's the revolutionary part, flips give you a stellar listening experience in 2 modes: solo and social.
Flips are the only headphones on the market today that transform from a single user listening experience (solo) to an amp'd up speaker for a crowd pleasing listening experience (social) with a flip. Check out the headphones below. See how the earcups are turned in toward the head - that's solo mode. Only you can hear the sound. Now click on the image to see them transform to social mode. Cool right? All you do is "flip" the earcups out and you've gone from #SoloToSocial. It's that revolutionary thing again...the earcups flipping out and getting amp'd up sound without ever touching the volume.
For now, yeah. We thought bringing you a revolutionary new headphone, with huge quality, for a reasonable price, was a little more important than color assortment. But we're planning on adding lots of colors down the road. Besides, black and white pretty much go with anything. And we did add a cool color accent to each (for good measure).
As long as your device has a standard 3.5 millimeter audio jack, yeah. That's the universal audio jack size for phones, tablets, iPods...pretty much everything.
You have 90-Days from the date of your purchase to get a full replacement - at NO COST to you. There's a small catch, of course. The 90-Day Warranty and replacement covers manufacturer's defects only. In other words, if you do something goofy like run over them, wash them, drop them from your roof type stuff, well, you're out of luck. (Our advice there is don't do that stuff.) If you suspect a manufacturers defect, call our Customer Support Team at 1-888-312-3232 or email us at email@example.com. If our Support Team agrees it's our issue, they'll give you a Return Authorization number and tell you what you need to do to return the headset and when you'll receive your replacement. Oh, one more thing: DON'T return the headset to one of our authorized retailers. They can't fix them, and they can't replace them. Call us, we'll take care of you.

FLIPS AUDIO warrants that the FLIPS™ is free of defects in materials and workmanship. The FLIPS™ is warranted for up to ninety (90) days from the purchase date to the original purchaser. Products that fail to function properly UNDER NORMAL USAGE, due to defects in material or workmanship will be replaced at no charge. This warranty is valid only in accordance with the conditions set forth below:
Procedure for Warranty Replacement
The original purchaser must call or email FLIPS™ Customer Support with a description of the problem or defect. You will need to provide proof of purchase (a receipt) to verify your Flips are under the 90-Day Manufacturer's Warranty. If our Support Team can't help diagnose or fix the problem with you and agrees there is a defect, you will receive a Return Authorization number and instruction on how and where to send your headset. An IMPORTANT Note: Don't return the headset to one of our authorized retailers. They can't fix them, and they can't replace them. Call us directly. We'll take care of you.
5 business days after you order, Flips will be delivered to your door! We require that you sign for your package, just to make sure no one but you gets their hands on your brand new Flips. Please note that we can't ship to P.O. Boxes.
